All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' refer to Travelproof. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by the Travelproof.
All contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Orders are accepted by of the following: Online transaction (secure server) and telephone. Please refer to our ecommerce Department on 0845 260 0044 for details. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard,Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. Should your card issuer refuse to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Items ordered from within the UK will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. Charges for the different delivery services can be obtained from our ecommerce Department. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure delivery made within the estimated time scales up to a maximum of 28 days, 24 and 48-hour delivery does not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, (Post Orders with a cheque), an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given. Travelproof cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery caused by courier or postal services.

Travelproof aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please return the item(s) with a copy of your delivery note and original packaging within 14 days by post to our Returns Department at the address below. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. See our Travelproof Lifetime Gurantee for full details.
All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. If you wish to return any faulty items, please supply us the details of the fault and a copy of your delivery note stating the fault and send it back to us with the item and its original packaging, within 14 days.
We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. If you are in any doubt, please contact our Mail Order Department. We are here to help you. For your security please return items recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.
